I haven't been able to reply to the mail from your Customer Service as it' ' no- reply' address! I gave up after several try. So, I copy that message here below out of desperation ! 'Upload Support Document ' would take only a limited photos. "I've been a loyal, frequent customer of your company. Of course, like any other people, I've had a some good, some bad experience, but this is most unusual, and worst ever experience. I demand you refund me the full amount instead of asking her( the hotel) to refund me, as in this case, I hold you, Booking.com responsable! You should've really inspect/check the place and verify beforehand grading. It's just laughable that this property is graded as 4 star ! Not even close! It was more like several rooms assigned as a hotel amongst karaoke bars, drinking holes, 'love hotel' as they call this kind of establishment, restaurants, etc. Anyway, we've found the woman was ( at the sole, tiny behind a window 'reception') totally inflexible and of unreasonable character. Btw, their phone number in the Confirmation email you sent me was nonexisted. We first tried to call her from the room using the internal phone which said to press '0' for reception but it just DID NOT work! You guys really need to step up to your responsibility! I've taken lots of photos, and I intent to send you those from my laptop once I'm back home. It was single worst, solely negative experience for us. Kyung-Sook Langley "
