Kasa Downtown Louisville

A friend and I stayed in Kasa Louisville for 3 nights. Overall, we were disappointed but the place was usable. We wouldn’t stay here again. The website states that every unit is unique, and you can’t know exactly the condition or decor of your unit in advance. I’m reviewing unit 237. Pros: Close to main attractions. Free, secure parking. The beds were comfortable. Linens were clean. Showers were great. Kitchen was equipped with basics and in working order. Cons: Overall, this place just needed some care and attention. This was a two story condo with both bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. This seems to be the case for all units, though that’s not stated on the website, so consider accessibility. There were no clocks or TVs in either bedroom. No overhead lighting except in the stairs, so the place was dim. There is no access to local tv channels or common cable channels on the one Roku tv. There were bleach and other stains in the very worn carpet. There was no towel bar in the main bathroom, though the mounting brackets were there. They provide sound machines in each bedroom, and you need them to block out city noise. The blinds in the living room were missing several slats and otherwise nonfunctional, so we couldn’t block out bright street lamps. The bedroom curtains were too small (matching the exact height and width of the windows) to block out city lights. The property is split into two buildings on either side of the street but parking is only under one, so we had to walk across the street every time we parked or left.
