Modern hotel, great design touches. Rooftop pool & spa lovely. Receptionist who first greeted us was excellent.

Bathroom shampoos etc were empty; member of staff on checkout was disinterested. Lack of clarity about charges.

Great boutique hotel located within walking distance of Union Station and restaurants. Great heated rooftop pool and hot tub with views of the city and distant mountains. Great value for the money!

Rooms did not smell clean, housekeeping was understaffed. Filtered water dispensers are not cleaned. No desk or chairs in the rooms. Noisy due to the ice skating rink. Mattresses need to be replaced/turned due to lumps and depressions.
