Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Little Chute

Clean and spacious room.

Room was on ground floor right along main street which was loud.

Good location

The shower tub water drainage was not going down each time we showered so the water would go up past the ankle. Wish they would’ve fixed that issue plus there was no shower gel, only an empty bottle.

Breakfast was okay. There is not much food, very few food to choose from. The location is good and convenient.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights, and the room was not cleaned, and the garbage was not changed once. We ran out of the toilet paper on the morning we check out. We ended changing the garbage ourself and took it down to discard it. The hotel associates were not very helpful and friendly. It looks like they don’t want to be there on first place.

The facility appears beautiful. Staff friendly. Breakfast good.

Our room was filthy (literally not cleaned) due to elderly and disabled with us we could not just up and change rooms. There was an orange iniur fridge, and pools of water-which was ok. Micro didn’t work, the pullout full of crumbs and a toothbrush and gum under. The a rubber band from braces or small hair band found on floor. Took pictures. Staff brought up fresh sheets, but the ew factor still sits. Asked for manager-we was out of town. Called back to speak with him because no one could help us still not in and now the phone just rings and rings no one answers so my number must be blocked! He should have contacted me right away not me trying to call and call him and now now responding.

The location was central to the planned activities. Perfect for a home base while traveling around the area.

A semi truck was parked on the north side of the entrance and was running for quite a while late at night. It was right under our 2nd floor window. It wasn't there all night so it's the only thing that I didn't like.

Size of the room, beds were comfortable, my kids used the pool area & it was perfect for them. (11 & 14).

Our main door to the room wouldn't latch. We had to forcefully "lift" the door to get it to latch- safety issue. Also, there were some dried cooked noodles on the floor, we didn't have any blankets for the pull out couch, so we had to go to the front desk to get them, and the dishwasher was full of clean dishes. I feel I shouldn't have to put those away. Also, they ran out of breakfast before the time ended & there were multiple people that didn't get to eat.

Nothing.

I drove up from St Louis to attend a Packer game. When I got an hour away from the hotel, they messaged me to tell me they canceled my reservation. They said the card i had on file wasn't valid and they tried calling me. I made the reservation months ago and the card I used had been compromised in the weeks following so I got a new card but didn't remember to update it on this reservation. They called me at 7:00 am but didn't leave a message so I had no idea who was calling. If they would have left a message I would have contacted them right away with the new card information. Then at 2:00 pm they messaged me that my reservation was cancelled. If they would have messaged me on the card issue, I could have provided new card information. I just think it was awful they canceled on me with actually speaking to me or leaving me a message. I don't know how the hotel is but I wouldn't ever stay here after this awful lack of communication issue. On Packer game days you can't find another hotel, we tried. So I sold my tickets and turned around and went home.
