I really like the the floor plan of the rooms. It's also nice having a hot breakfast on site, but the quality of food is just okay.

The shower head with multiple spray settings was very hard to operate. I was also disappointed to find that there was no shower mat provided in the bathroom

Something very negative has happened to this hotel. I’ve stayed here twice in the past and was pleased both times. However, my experience was totally different on July 28, and even worse on July 31. July 28: 1. The water pressure must have been turned down since my last visit. It was difficult to adequate rinse off after showering. 2. At breakfast on July 29 there was no hot coffee. I tried to find someone, but there was not anyone, even at the front desk, to help. July 31: After my experience on Monday I tried to cancel my reservation for Thursday but it wasn’t allowed because I tried on Wednesday, apparently beyond the deadline. 1. Upon arriving, I noticed the general unkemptness of the place since my last stay two years ago. The landscaping literally had weeds that were two to three feet tall! 2. Next, after being given our (a friend was with us.) keys, we found neither would work. When we went back down to the front desk no one was there. We called out, searched the area, and rang the telephone, but to no avail for about one half hour. Obviously, this could be a security problem. Finally, the desk clerk showed up, coming in the front door from the parking lot! She was quite unfriendly when we told her our problem, never once apologizing or even acknowledging us when we thanked her. 3. The bad experience continued! First, there were two short hairs on the inside of the shower curtain! 4. Then, disaster: I woke up with three bites of some kind!!! I am seeing my doctor tomorrow, hoping the bites are only fleas, rather than a spider or tick! Some good news, however, was that the woman at the desk the next morning was very kind and friendly. She, however, told me that she was the only person on duty, so she had to monitor the front desk while also keeping the breakfast room in order. Finally, it is obvious that the owners have lost interest in this once very nice hotel. I have not had such a negative hotel experience since staying at a miserable Day’s Inn in Dallas, Texas over thirty years ago. I would never stay at this Cobblestone again!!! You shouldn’t either!

Excellent stay. Clean and quiet.

Decent enough place, but a bit far away. The only washing machine was broken. Pool was closed sometimes. Shower was slippery, and front desk said 2x they'd get me a bath mat, but after 2 days of "I'll get one at Walmart" I got it myself. It's quiet, easy parking, average breakfast. No big complaints, but...
