Beste Lage, direkter "Eingang" in die Stadt. Super für Besuche in Straßburg und Colmar. Hotel sauber, Mitarbeiter sehr nett und Spa Bereich top! Alles ein wenig klein, aber zu zweit absolut ausreichend! Kann schlechte Bewertungen nicht verstehen, würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Le séjour était agréable ; le petit déjeuner impressionnant et exceptionnel. Par contre la literie à mon impression personnel manquait de fermeté. Mais le cadre intérieur de la chambre est chaleureux; cependant la vue extérieure pas très enchanteur.

Réservé pour 2 adulte 1 enfant. Aucun lit pour l'enfant. On nous a amené un lit parapluie sans drap sans oreiller mais la chambre trop petite impossible de mettre le lit en place alors cest seulement a 19h quon nous a propose une chalbre plus grande. Les deux receptionnistes a l'arrivée et au depart sont hautaines elles m'ont dit que je pouvais mettre l'enfant a dormir avec nous dans le lit.

Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est vraiment sympathique, surtout le petit-déjeuner qui très complet et qualitatif ! L'espace spa est très agréable, mais petit, on peut vite y être à l'étroit.. Il y a aussi un espace détente qui est fabuleux ! La chambre est très bien équipée, si j'ai une réserve à émettre, ce serait sur le nettoyage de celle-ci. En particulier la literie qui mérite un nettoyage plus en profondeur.. ( rien de grave mais pas digne d'un 4* )

"Un peu déçue quand même "

Un peu déçue du rapport qualité prix.... pour le tarif proposé les prestations nous laissent sur notre faim... Chambre et salle de bain un peu exiguës....le linge de toilette a été changé mais pas remis en totalité... manquait les grandes serviettes.... heureusement que nous avions celle du spa ! on entend le bruit de l'eau dans les canalisations... chaque fois que quelqu'un prend une douche ou tire une chasse d'eau... On entend aussi les pas des chambres à l'étage... Pas de parking... Petit déjeuner bien garni mais à 24€ c'est un peu cher...
