Belle Escapes 104 Swim-out Luxury Apartment in Palm Cove

Clean, modern & comfortable. The owners/managers communicated well and were quick to respond to queries. Very helpful.

Given this is a swim out room, it was disappointing to discover there were no steps/ladder to help us enter & exit the water like Sea Temple Port Douglas has. I ended up having to walk all the way around to enter/exit the pool comfortably.

The poolside location was the draw card and it didn’t disappoint. We loved seeing the view of the pool day and night. Apartment was large and had well equipt kitchen. It was handy having washing machine and dryer as there were only enough towels for one each with no extras given. Towels got very wet from getting in and out of the pool all day so was great to rinse and dry them. The resort is built so the pool is protected from wind so even if the beach is windy the resort is pleasant to be in. The way the sun rises at this time of year meant the deck wasn’t ever it full sun. The other side of the pool had full sun and plenty of lounges if you wanted to sit in it. Having a bathroom for both bedrooms was great and they were spacious and clean. Hosts were generally very responsive

The main bedroom bed was ?queen size. We expected a king size bed in this type of accommodation. The tiles outside were very slippery when wet and the outer area had a lot of duck poo on it. There was a constant beep in the kitchen area we couldn’t locate and never heard back from the host about it. Needed to sleep with the doors closed to not hear it. Internet connection was poor.

How family friendly and comfortable the stay way. First time ever in Palm Cove and at the resort. The swim out room is amazing. Definitely coming back.

Swimout even though we didn’t get to use as it rained most of the time.

Apartment was not cleaned properly. Had to contact agent to get staff to come back and Re-clean it. Which then in turn we had to leave and find something to do while waiting for them to clean it. We then couldn’t use the coffee machine as the water container had a crack in it. We were refunded 1 nights stay due to inconvenience

Spacious and well equipped. Great access to pool/s

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The swim out deck was wonderful. Loved the welcome bottle of wine.
