"Great outside of two staff members who weren’t customer friendly at all!"

Location, cleanliness, breakfast, room.

Two separate staff members were extremely rude answering the phone and making smart remarks when I checked in. Completely unprofessional and that definitely left me with a bad experience. If it weren’t for this I would have given them a 10 out of 10
