Littlefields - With hot tub, garden, private parking and short walk to beach

Well equipped, good location and home away from home feel.

Hot tub could have used a clean and TV very limited in living space.

Hot tub Large garden Bathroom - large shower and bath Kitchen - great modern kitchen to cook whilst others can keep company in adjoining lounge area/kitchen bar!

That we had to leave!

Why like about the property was a very large garden for the dog and you close the gate with your car parked inside

The issue I have with the property the bathroom was lovely, but there was no nonslip mats for the bath or shower and the only TV channels we could get with Netflix and YouTube

The garden and outside space

No toilet upstairs and the stairs are very difficult for an 80 year old. Could do with a sofa bed downstairs so she didn’t have to do the stairs Property could do with a deep clean

Beautiful house in a great location, just 20 mins walk to Seaton town. We stayed here to run the Grizzly run and it was perfect for what we needed. The hot tub was great after a tough hilly run! The house was clean and the kitchen area was large and a great space. There was plenty of utensils and towels etc

There was no toilet roll in the bathroom when we arrived and we couldn’t find any anywhere which after a 5 hour drive was not great!! We had to get some from the Tesco in the town. Also the TV would not work it just came up with no signal.

The property was clean and comfortable. In particular the open plan kitchen, dining room and seating area was perfect for a small group to eat together and play board games.

No salt or pepper was provided and the coffee pods were the incorrect ones. Spare cleaning cloths would be handy.

The property benefits from a lovely garden. Inside, is cosy and comfortable and is a nice size for a small family of 4 and a dog. We enjoyed our time.

Bed is very uncomfortable, woke up in pain everyday. Kitchen could have some basic items like salt, pepper, oil, sugar but it didn’t. Cleaning needs attention as there are spiders and webs in corners that the cleaners ignore. Little niggles but would make a big difference.

Living area, kitchen, outside area and hot tub were fantastic. Very comfortable beds too.

The coffee pods there were the wrong ones for the machine and we bought more of the same wrong ones so had to have the instant coffee.

Kitchen / family room was a good layout. Bathroom and garden good sizes.

Was on a busy main road so traffic noise was a constant. The garden wasn’t secure as the dog would get under the front gate. Had to improvise a fence so we could let the dog out without worrying about him running off. The beach was easily a 20 minute walk away or 5 minutes in the car so wasn’t actually that close to the beach.
