I had a great experience with the valet service, especially thanks to Sojo and Nick. They were both extremely professional, efficient, and friendly from the moment we arrived. You can tell they really care about doing their job well and keeping things running smoothly. Even with how busy things were, they stayed on top of everything and made the whole process quick and stress-free. They handled our vehicle with care and had a great attitude the entire time, which honestly made a big difference. It’s not always easy working under pressure, but they handled it effortlessly. Definitely the kind of team you want representing your business. Highly recommend!

Anytime we have to stay in Cincinnati this is our go to! The hotel is very clean on top of the hotel staff and valet staff being amazing as well. 10 out of 10!
