"They don't clean the room unless you ask them to"

They don't clean the room unless you ask them to! We didn't see this anywhere! We found out on the second night, and even then, they didn't clean the room, give us clean towels, or empty the trash for three days. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNTOLERABLE! The girls at the front desk should learn some manners and courtesy. It doesn't cost anything.

You were close to my destination in Bedford. The breakfast had something for everyone. You were able to accommodate our late night arrival. Exceptionally friendly night clerk!! Warmly welcoming.

Comfortable bed and location was good for me. The breakfast was good and the juice was jot too sweet unlike other hotel breakfast.

The area around the refrigerator was smelling so bad. Like something spilled behind the fridge and needed to be cleaned up!

"Well-managed and reasonably-priced"

The very personable manager, Rosemary O., was incredibly helpful in getting us comfortably settled in for 5 nights as we visited family in the area. The room was clean and well-appointed, parking plentiful, the location quiet, front desk staff attentive, and the breakfast sufficient. A good solid value for the area. We'll be back.
