Hotel was clean and tidy, loved having the dehumidifier in the room, beds and pillows were very comfortable, breakfast was great with plenty of options!

Low water pressure, fridge in the room was warm upon arrival, no view from the window

Location. Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was about the worst we have ever had at a place with included breakfast. Coffee was weak. Eggs, well not sure they can be called eggs. 🤨

"Mystery service charge and swim class takes over pool"

They charge a 7.98 service fee which on site lists for happy hour, bottled water and snacks which I received none. When complain to clerk was told its for the free parking, free breakfast and free wifi which all are listed as free. So basically making another $8 for items listed as free Pool area always running out of towels. They had a swim class take over the pool area that is a guest amenities. Room was not close to the elevator or extra towels as requested. Toilet paper dispenser missing and brought that up to staff and they did nothing. Not even a sorry. Air conditioner very loud and water pressure very poor. Something was black in the room fridge perhaps mold.
