Comfortable bed, great location and clean room

Strong smell of bleach on the bedding

Mouldy bedding and shower Bed skirt was completely moulded over Pillows had miscellaneous stains along with filthy walls and headboard

Good location, price, and attention to customer satisfaction

The place was close to everything.Clean,Not so quiet.Organised.

The light from.the sun entering the room early in the morning.The pool.was small for kids only.To get ice you had to go upstairs to laundry room.Too expensive for a few days.

Great price and perfect walking distance to Clifton Hill. Bed was comfortable, water pressure in shower was amazing!! Had a microwave and fridge which is rare is some of the hotel rooms. Parking is additional but only $10/night. Would definitely return.

No sleep. Terrible night. Large crowd of people smoking and drinking right outside my door. Banging on my door all night. I will never stay there again and I’m thinking I shouldn’t be using hotels.com. I would like a refund. You have to pay to park. It’s just a poor experience all together.

The room was clean and staff was friendly when we arrived, they allowed our checkout time to be extended for a small fee. I gave a 4 star rating because the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and made it for a restless sleep and both my boyfriend and i woke up sore. Other then that, its a great location to all the attractions.
