Absolutely beautiful property and amazing location! If you like food, beach, bars and a family friendly location this is the best place to be.

Obviously with your location noise is going to be a factor as long as your aware it’s no problem

central location and spacious with liveky furnishings

no wifi - didnt work at all and no one came to fix it even tho we asked , the view of the beach is misreoresented in the photos - the balcony looks straight at the ugly surf club building - not the park or beach, very noisy even with all the doirs abdcwindows shut - late at night with loud pub patrons and very early in morning with coffee shop machine/tables and chairs setting up and surf hire shop vehicles immediately below bedrooms

Location was fantastic, so close to beach, pubs and centre of town. Beds all very comfortable Loved listening to the local buskers on the foreshore from the balcony. Lift to apartment great for luggage Plenty of space for 6 adults. 👍

No soundproofing, so quite a bit of noise from streets at night and from cafe below (early morning setup daily, moving furniture) Some minor maintenance issues (we didn’t bother complaining during our stay but let hosts know on departure some items needing to be fixed) 3rd bedroom needs blinds (only sheer curtains on windows at present)

Location, facilities, design - beautiful property for our family getaway

Hate to say anything negative as this property is amazing but the noise was very disruptive through the evenings (expected in a party town). Pack your earplugs :)

Fantastic location except for noise from the hotel.

The air conditioning did not work particularly well.
