Very Very Rude staff, specially the lady receptionist in the day time. Rooms are just okaies, Don't expect daily housekeeping. Asked for extra money to check in a little early.

Staff are good, tasty food,rooms were small.

Reception staff were helpful. They were able to assist in getting our boarding passes for outgoing flight

Rooms were in a poor state. In bad need of re-decorating. Stained sheets on bed. Rooms were not cleaned daily. Repeatedly had to ask for room essentials. Not enough hot water. Limited choice for breakfast. Had to ask for juice.

No fruit juice was served during breakfast which is expected. Location is not good. Travel desk is not upto the expectations as charges for sightseeing is very high and proper information regarding puja charges at vishwanath temple was not transpired

Room was clean, hotel was clean, room service was good

Location was fine. Breakfast was also good.

Too many mosquitoes. Room was not properly clean with dirty sheets when we checked in. Had to change the sheets to clean ones.

Good restaurant. Tasty food. Had breakfast and dinner.

WiFi connectivity poor in room. Bathroom smelling, no deep cleaning done. I will advise all to never avail the services of their TRAVEL DESK, they will loot you. Run by one Mr JAVED, they loot customers. I realised it only after paying ₹400/- per head for an aarti seat in a boat, which normally costs ₹100/-. I immediately called off rest of the programme. Otherwise, he would have pocketed a few thousand rupees. So beware of the TRAVEL DESK.
