TownePlace Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Downtown

Staff was awesome. Easy place to stay and was comfy.

No complaints.

When we checked in we found an empty beer can in room and through it out. Later when we were ready for bed the bed was damp and dirt on sheets. We called down to desk and were moved to another room. The nite clerk was very apologetic, took pictures and assured us the room would be credited. The next morning we spoke with the manager who assured us the room would be credited. It wasn’t. We called the next day and were told it would take a few days but nothing happened. Again we called this week and were told it would be credited. It hasn’t been. Our issue has been the dishonesty. Coming upon a gross situation when we are about to go to sleep is one thing, but how the situation has been handled is the worst! We almost exclusively have used Marriott for years. This experience is making us reevaluate our choices.

Très bien situé dans le centre ville tout en étant proche de la route, donc très facile d'accès. Valet parking cher mais beaucoup d'alternatives à proximité plus économiques. Présence de piscine. Petit déjeuner inclus. Cuisine présente dans la chambre. TV connectée.

Petit déjeuner peu fourni. Canapé-lit extrêmement inconfortable (Ne pas compter dessus dans la mesure du possible). Chambre plutôt petite. Parties communes assez tristounettes (froides, sans aucune ambiance).

The hotel is wonderful, as is the value. What really impressed me was the staff being so helpful, sweet and funny. It was such a welcoming and comfortable place to be. I will be back next October!

Mick was working when we checked in and he was extremely helpful and friendly and even remembered us a check out. The rest of the staff was also friendly but he was above and beyond. The room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel was within perfect walking distance of so many things.
