"Unfriendly to a Diamond Member. Worst check-in I have experienced at an IHG property."

Check-in supposed to be at 3 pm. I arrived around 3:30 pm. Was asked to wait 30-40 minutes for a room. After I sat down, two others walked in behind me and were checked in. I’m a Diamond member with IHG. So I called the Diamond Helpline and cancelled. Don’t want to stay were I am not welcome.

The front desk manager and rest of staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue with the room on check in and they offered (without us asking first) if we wanted a different room. They greeted us every morning when we went to our breakfast and reminded us on the 5 o’clock social event.

This hotel is easy access off I-77. The staff are very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Nice hot breakfast that is not the same thing every day like one of the adjacent hotels. I have stayed here twice now on business trips and plan on returning.

Traveling with our dog and the staff at Staybridge was fantastic. Nicole gave us good recommendations for dinner options. Tiffany was pleasant and friendly when we checked out.

"Very nice hotel"

Had to find a hotel when we got rebooked on a flight. We are very pleased with the Staybridge hotel. It is convenient to the airport and very comfortable, especially after a long, tiring, frustrating day off travel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
