The two-bedroom apartment was excellent — I really enjoyed it, and the price was reasonable. All the receptionist were exceptional communicating and so welcoming.

However, the kitchen staff should be more professional in their conduct. I was informed that my 10- and 12-year-old children would be charged adult rates for breakfast, which I accepted. But while we were eating, the staff began gossiping in Pidgin English about my kids, saying they were consuming too much food and should also be charged as adults. They kept pestering me for payment for the children’s breakfast, even though the hotel already had my card details and I had not yet checked out. This behavior was unnecessary and inappropriate.

The hotel is good. The cleaning inspection if it is okay.

The CEO needs ro review the price of the hotel for a very high and good patronage. The number of customer is very low due ro the high price. Some people l met complained about the price . There should be people to clean or wash the customers car in the money. We checked in with our car that was very dirty because of rain which we expected ro be washed in the morning as it isbe done in some hotels.. Some of the hotel do wash their customer car b4 checking out. The bill board should be placed for a good direction. The breakfast is not up to the standard of the money paid to lodged. Imagine as a couple we paid such amount for a night only one person is entitled to breakfast With an apartment of that nature is not really good.and it does not need with international standards For a good patronage please consider all this point. Thanks

My first impression was the BIBLE I saw in each of the rooms I have used here! There was a bottle of water and hot tea ingredients present in all the rooms I've used. Also the rooms settings were really impressive. The friendliness and smilling mannar of the staffs were exceptional 👌 👏 the staffs were very patients to listen to clients needs and explained clearly terms of things. The foods very sweet and much behold expectations. And every other things seems OK to me.
