The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos

We are loyal fans of the Ritz-Carlton and hadn't stayed here when visiting Turks & Caicos. We had a wonderful stay: very clean, spacious, attentive and friendly staff. Food was great. Try the coffee at Ritual; BLT was delicious; pizza truck pizza was also delicious. The one downside, which may not have to do with the hotel itself, is that the boats offering rides to tourists park right by the dock at the beach and blast (sometimes) inappropriate music. I understand it's a business, but I prefer a peaceful experience at the beach. Also, some guests brought their own speaker to the beach and I didn't care to hear their music selections either. Check-in was a little rocky only because we travel with medication that requires refrigeration. I asked right away if the room was ready otherwise if they could store it in their front desk refrigerator. The woman didn't seem to understand and took a lot of time to check us in. I didn't mind a slow-check in or wait if the room wasnt' ready but after a long day of traveling, I wanted the medication in a real refrigerator immediately. I guess she didn't understand which was a bit frustrating. Ritz Kids was a nice relief from the sun mid-day; my kids did a few activities and enjoyed playing with the toys. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay!

While TCI doesn’t lack luxury accommodations, the Ritz-Carlton should be at the top of your list for several reasons. Most notably, the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff truly sets this property apart. Jaime and Sheila made an outstanding impression, ensuring our five-day stay was absolutely flawless from start to finish. The entire management team deserves special recognition for their hands-on approach—they consistently checked on guests and added personal touches that elevated the entire experience. We sampled numerous amenities, from the breakfast service to what’s reportedly the island’s favorite sushi restaurant, and found that everything exceeded our expectations. The international staff consistently delivered exceptional service while maintaining a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel genuinely at home. The location proves equally impressive, with shops, restaurants, and even the famous fish fry all within comfortable walking distance. We’re already planning our return visit—The Ritz-Carlton has certainly earned our loyalty and highest recommendation.

Excellent five star hotel resort with very attentive and helpful onsite staff, luxurious accommodations, a variety of amenities for guests of all ages and tastes, outstanding onsite dining options, and very upscale design, layout, and features for this Ritz Carlton Turks & Caicos which exceeded all desires and expectations!

Very nice looking property, the staff at the pool & beach were outstanding. Some what limited dining options, Room was nice & spacious, but I feel the cost was a little much, you can have the same view and service at other places, only cheaper. The taxes & fees added to the room cost

The general manager reached out personally to wish me well and refund me the whole stay when I had family emergency with my partner sick at the hospital. Thank you so much! I look forward to book in the future.
