Ascott ICC Guangzhou

交通很方便，房間很新及乾淨。

We had a great stay at the Ascot ICC. short walk to the metro and good location. We would be happy to stay here again. Was great to have our own laundry in the apartment.

A nice stay. Will surely choose this service apartment on my next visit.

Good location however WiFi signal need to be more stable

Great stay. Comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was okay, it was located in a restaurant in the mall. Small selection and kind of cramp.

Location was very good, we could walk only a few min to find some good restaurants. Hotel entrance was a bit too dark due to the constructions and did not look as clean and the entrance was hidding, we had to walk behind the building

Hotel was great, just wish the bathroom was cleaner...

Communication was a real problem, they don't speak English

I have stayed at many Ascott prior to this and I have to say this one of the worst one. Rooms are very shabby and staff did not really have great communication skills. Woke up at 7am with constant banging on my birthday and the breakfast room was honestly one of the worst ones I have seen in China. I will definitely not be staying here which is a shame as I am very loyal to the Ascott brand.

For a group of friends an apartments was a great option and the Ascott ICC apartment was well equipped and designed.
