Location (son living in Keystone), appearance, parking options, on site restaurant with lots of options, great drinks gorgeous views.

The bedding. We’ve probably stayed here about 3 times and each time the bedding has been uncomfortable, difficult to navigate (seriously) and caused us both to wake up multiple times during the night. Why? The sheets do not fit the bed! The “fitted” sheet does not stay on the mattress; constantly pulls up and off. The top linens (flat sheet and duvet) are too heavy. It’s almost like the bed having been short-sheeted. Incredibly frustrating especially since it’s been like this each stay over about 18 months.

When I received my final bill I noticed that there was a charge for parking. I checked in online and was never told by a hotel employee about the parking charge. The hotel employee basically told me tough luck, you should have checked in at the front desk and they would have communicated that with you. Also, as a Hilton Honors silver member, we should have received free bottled water in our room, as we did the previous night in Trinidad, Colorado, but did not. The 1 bedroom suite was ok, definitely not worth $300/night.

We rented a hoise the week and we extended our stay by one night. This place was awesome. Great meal awesome view. Quiet room and very affordable

We enjoyed our stay, but it definitely wasn't worth the cost. At $500 for one night, we expected more. There was a bar on our floor (4th), which was cool, but it was closed for the entirety of our visit. We also had to pay for parking. You would think they would include parking after paying $500. It was nice enough, but just not worth the money.

We loved our stay here. The breakfast was really good and what I would consider above average for a complimentary hotel breakfast. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we loved having a kitchenette. The hot tub was really nice and stayed open late. Parking was never an issue and the location is prime! you are within minutes of so many things. My only complaint was the hours that the rooftop bar/restaurant, Vue, was open. We had a lot going on for the short amount of time we were there, so any time we had an opportunity to pop up there for a drink we found that they were closed, either because we arrived too early or too late (I believe they open mid-afternoon and close very early, maybe 9PM?). The last day we were there they were closed all day for a private event. Definitely a bummer because I would have liked to check it out, but doesn't take away from the other great things about the hotel. If we find ourselves in Dillon again we will return.
