Apartments Polenta

Great location, walking distance to Rovinj sites. Grocery also close by. Large apartment, very spacious. Parking was easy, on the property. Host was helpful when when we had some questions about the apartment (how to use coffee maker and washing machine). Highly recommended

This is not a negative regarding the apartment, but potential guests should be aware the the apartment location is on a slight hill from the city center, so just be aware if you have walking limitations.

The apartmant was nicely furnished, the beds were confortable. It had everything we needed and the host was super nice.

Eli is a lovely host that’s friendly but gives you space; she lives above the unit with her family and sweet German Shepherd who may come greet you sometimes (amazingly, very little noise coming from above however). The apartment is renovated and spotless, and the location with parking is a great find in Rovinj. It is a 5 minute downhill walk into town; my 74 year old mother could manage the uphill walk back but it was a little difficult for her as the cobblestones in the city are a bit slippery (this is not the fault of the apartment at all!). The kitchen is nicely outfitted, including a microwave which was not common to see.

The apartment was really beautiful, big, clean, well equipped and also in a good position, 5 minutes from the city center. Eli was super kind and available for every request and need. I can say it's a perfect choice to make if you come to Rovigno for holidays!

Everything was perfect!

Amazing apartment, spacious, short walking distance to fabulous old town of Rovinj. Very easy to reach. Parking place inside the yard, guarded by a lovely german shepherd. Hosts very kind, it was a pleasure to meet them. Apartment has new furniture, all the amenities and it's very warm. The area is very quiet. If we'll come back to Rovinj, we'll make the same choice, no doubt!

Aparrtment was spacious, clean and modern. Location was excellent.

This apartment would be great in warm sunny weather but it was cold and raining and the central heating was not yet turned on so it was cold unless the airn-con was left running all the time but that did not heat all the rooms.. The bed linen was summer weight and therefore not warm enough. There was only a washer not a clothes dryer so washing took several days to dry.

Very clean & comfortable apartment fully equipped with everything we needed - oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. We loved the location - they had a parking spot for us and it was just a short walk to all the sights. Absolutely wonderful stay!
