Very comfy place to stay

Beautiful small, comfortable room. Excellent bed.

The location was very good and access to center was very easy to walk. The interior of the property was lovely. Secure parking.

I was in room number 4 and for several hours after 9 PM there was a constant sound of running of water from above kept me awake for hours. There was said to be coffee at 8:30 AM. Despite the fact that there were three people standing around when I left at 8:39 AM there was no coffee. Day staff is not very helpful. The room is beyond tiny as is the bathroom. It was impossible to wipe ones self from the back in the bathroom, because the top of the seat would not go down.

Un buen lugar para descansar, muy limpio y centrico. Les recomendaria darle mantenimiento en general,estar al pendiente de las zonas de humedad y del servi-bar.

Lors de mon arrivée, j'ai eu la très mauvaise surprise de me faire répondre que l'hôtel était complet et que je n'avais qu'à me débrouiller.... Tous lezs hôtels de Tlacoplan étant complet, j'ai dû rouler jusqu'à PUEBLA durant toute la nuit....
