Die Lage ist erstklassig - mittendrin und gut zu erreichen. Die Größe des Zimmers war auch top (sehr hohe Decken geben Luftvolumen, genüg Platz zum Koffer-Ablegen ist auch), das Bad gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Küche hatte auch alles, was man braucht (Töpfe, Gläser, Besteck, Geschirrtücher, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett etc). Der Zugang mit PinCode ist sehr einfach zu merken und man kann keine Schlüsselkarte verlieren ;-)

Die Lautstärke der vorbeifahrenden Ubahn (tagsüber alle paar Minuten, Nachts weniger oft) ist sehr deutlich zu hören - ohne Oropax nicht zu managen. Die Unterkunft stellt Ohrstöpsel und White Noise Geräte zur Verfügung. Für Unempfindliche auf jeden Fall eine wirklich gute Sache, für Lärmempfindliche nicht geeignet. Das Zimmer ist auch bei strahlendem Sonnenschein recht dunkel, weil durch die Häuserschlucht wenig Licht hineinfällt - für einen Städtetrip keine Einschränkung (weil msn eh viel unterwegs ist). Für einen längeren Aufenthalt etwas düster.

Location was good, laundry and kitchen in the unit were useful.

Because there is a tobacco shop on the second floor, the whole place smells. There is wear and tear in the units that could do with being looked into. Multiple issues with the codes to the front door and issue with the code on my unit for the first night. Street noise is quite loud and disruptive.

The location was fine. Everything was clean. The little kitchenette would have been nice for a longer stay. We were just overnight. The white noise machine helped keep the elevated train noise to a minimum. I used the chat to ask about the train to the airport and did get a good response in minimal time.

We arrived early from a cruise, and there were no lockers vacant, so we had to check in a couple of hours early, which cost us a ridiculous extra $40, so that we could go to the bathroom, leave our luggage, and go out to see Chicago. No Kleenex in the room. The lighting minimal. I had trouble regulating the hot water in the shower. Way out of control, hot.

Excellent location, well-maintained facilities, and a responsive team — overall a smooth experience.

The area tends to be quite noisy at times due to the nearby train station.

My guest was injured several times because the metal on the bed frame.

Handy location, nicely fitted, roomy apartment..

The deafening noise from the highrail trains outside our window, 20+ hours a day, made sleep and conversation impossible. Also the apartment reeked of tobacco from a smoking salon on the floor below. Management was invisible and there was no one to sort out non-working wifi code etc. Whatever possessed Sonder to fit out nice rooms in such a horrible place?

The location, cleanliness, and staff are excellent.

It is close to the trail. And the noise may affect sleeping quality.
