Bloom Hotel Juhu

The location was great and the room itself was pretty decent and comfortable.

The lobby area reeked of a dirty public restroom - I really dreaded having to walk through there each day. The room also tended to have a damp stink to it unless I’d been running all the fans consistently.

Location was good and rooms were reasonable size.

The downstairs reception area needs some fresh air pumped in. There is bad odour when walking past the restrooms to the lifts.

They call it A la Carte breakfast buffet but it's actually cold breakfast delivered to your room because they think it's fine to choose priority and show more care and consideration towards guests attending a one off function rather than the hotel guests. Breakfast team and reception staff couldn't get their stories straight. Imagine being told you can't attend the breakfast buffet due to technical issues (even though we paid extra for breakfast buffet) then to be told by a different member of staff the real reason is because we have an event on so breakfast will be delivered to your room on one plate. You can't choose what you want either. What a joke. Waiter caught a lift up 5 floors with a tea (not covered) so really unhygienic. So much more I want to say! I've emailed them to 3 different bloom email addresses and they just don't want to reply because they know they messed up! Worst customer service ever. We had to move rooms because the AC stopped working. The breakfast isn't the whole issue. It's the cheek of being lied to! How can you say to someone's face you can't attend the breakfast buffet due to technical issues yet it was something completely different when asking reception. The staff need to communicate between each other more. Paid for 3 nights and paid extra for A la Carte breakfast buffet but 2 nights was cold breakf delivered to your room. Next time don't lie!!
