Excellent accomodation Breakfast basic but fine

Pool was great and room was clean, staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful

Le seul bon point est l’emplacement ! Une literie horrible avec des ressorts et pas de restaurant ouvert dans l’hôtel ..

Hotel de 4* que lo cobra pero no lo vale. Habitaciones muy antiguas, muebles que huelen a rancio, colchón de muelles que se te clava. Aspecto pésimo, baste como ejemplo el sofá. Por la Covid no servían comidas pero las bebidas estaban a precio de lujo. Lo único positivo es la piscina.

Sehr unfreundliches personal, das hotel war leer, man hat uns morgens 15min nach dem frühstück weggejagt weil sie fertig machen wollten,sehr unkompetent und flexibel. Man hat kein zweites tuch am pool erhalten obwohl es keine gäste gab. Es ist sher überteuert! 6euro ein shake! Ausserdem keine öffenliche verbindung in der nähe nur mit taxi....ca. 45min zu fuss in das stadtcentrum. Schönes hotel aber allg. nicht empfehlenswert.

Room was dark, felt unclean. Mattress was awful. Would rate this a 2 star hotel at best.

Property is great and looks new but once you walk in to the rooms they are definitely not what I expected. A little to old and very basic. If you only need it for one night it will work.

Inaceptable customer service from the owners and management of the hotel Hotel.com shall be Dina better selection of hotel for we pay almos $270 per night Issues -Owner of hotel put out my room a friend visitor at 6am -They try to change me to small room when hotel was empty My vacaciones was a night mare Also location and food Not good They need to learn how Americans work hard and pay good money for good Service
