Hampton Inn Bellingham Airport, WA

A good location and seemingly quiet. I loved the electric darkening shades and curtain for the room.

Nothing really not to like. Just one mention though if possible, for there to be more easy access outlets for use with devices.

Ventilation in bathroom: dropping bombs left it smelly for a while, but eventually cleared out. More of a peeve not realy a problem, also need background noise for privacy so I turned on the sink👍

Very comfortable hotel. Pleasant staff, clean rooms and nicely landscaped grounds. Considering it was close to the airport, the hotel was quiet.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone attending courses at AAI. It's just a few minutes' walk from the institute, making it extremely convenient. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is very good — a great way to start each day. A major plus is that they offer free parking for the entire duration of your course, and you also receive a small discount on the daily rate as an AAI attendee. Just a tip: if you plan to make more than one reservation, be sure to clear your browser cache beforehand — I've noticed that prices tend to increase on a second booking. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and good value for those attending AAI programs.

It felt clean, safe, and bright. It was great having a microwave and mini fridge in the room.

The breakfast was lovely and the 24 hour coffee/tea bar was wonderful. I came to breakfast about a half hour before closing and found it to be very clean with plenty of food.

The pool and hot tub looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. They were both cloudy. A major disappointment to me was the cold hot tub. After a three hour drive to the hotel I wanted to relax in the hot tub.

The room was nice, staff was kind, and the breakfast was good. The elevators smelled like weed every time we went on them in the evening, by morning the smell was gone. There were several people there that were not staying there, but had no regard for the children running around. The locked parking lot did not feel safe or secure. The pool is shut down from 6-8pm for cleaning. That is prime time for kids swimming. Needless to say, my kids were there for a soccer tournament and could not be up late...meaning they could not swim. I chose the hotel for the location and the pool...not the price or I would have stayed elsewhere. The staff comp'ed the parking fee due to the issues and I am grateful for that...but I won't be staying here again for a soccer tournament unless our entire team stays.
