"Green stay, big house"

9.0

Located in a gated community (called Paya) with guard access. Huge garden and big rooms. Modern. Parking in front of house. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Many food options nearby, from Thai to Western (Bangkok price levels). Big attraction is the Khao Yai national park within 15 min drive. Having a car is absolutely necessary; 3 hour drive from Bangkok. Helpful host, communicating via Line app. House sleeps 4 adults comfortably; more people can be stuffed in via mattresses on the living room floor and in the master bedroom.

Not quiet: dog concert every morning at 5AM plus construction work opposite the house starting at 6AM (7 days a week). Weak point are the bathrooms: low water pressure and only gets lukewarm.
