"Pésima limpieza en habitaciones y baños."

La limpieza del hotel en general es mala, pero la limpieza de las habitaciones y de los baños es terrible, realmente no tiene ningún control de calidad. Cuando te entregan la habitación en la ropa de cama está sucia, ni siquiera han cambiado las fundas de las almohadas, el piso de los pasillos y del interior de las habitaciones está terriblemente sucio y los baños ni se diga, les tienes que recordar varias veces que no te dejaron toallas en el baño, tienes que pedir el papel de baño, pésimo servicio.

The staff is very friendly i speak Spanish a little bit but they were very helpful in translating for me specially the lady from the reception Blanca very sweet lady and thanks to carol the housekeeper for the good maintenance of the room v nice options for the breakfast, lot of shopping center closed by and food store i will come back in Mexico soon i will definitely book the same hotel.

Hotel had a big group of students and the staff for the looks of it did nothing to control the noice after hours and im talking like midnight and up
