"Very relaxing stay"

An easy walk from the railway station, with convenience stores and tourist attractions nearby. My room was big with a comfortable bed and everything I needed. The onsen was lovely and breakfast was amazing. Female guests were given little gifts at check-in which was very kind.

Останавливались на одну ночь, нам все понравилось. Приехали на автобусе из Хираю, уехали поездом в Накацугаву и дальше в Магомэ. На вокзале на 4 этаже очень вкусно готовят местное блюдо - курицу во фритюре. Замок в Мацумото прекрасен!

"Great place for multiple nights in Matsumoto"

The location of this hotel was very good and the amenities offered for women at the front desk were very appreciated. The staff was very kind at check-in and check-out. We liked our room and the possibility to wash clothes and microwave food. The room was very spacious and the window could be opened for fresh air. The bed was very comfortable and we would return as it was a good base to explore the area. The facilities were very good and the hotel puts a lot of thought into guest experience (happy hour, coffee, ochazuke) which we enjoyed very much.

We actually really liked the breakfast but would have appreciated a few more light and healthy options. Quite a few elements were fried, if very tasty. The room (5th floor) smellt a little musty, I assume from the washing mashine in our room and the bathroom combined. It didn't bother us much cause it's easy to air out the room, but if you are sensitive to such smells you might want to book a room without a washer.
