"Excellent"

Room was clean. I loved the washing machine. I am glad we only had 1 person in each room as the beds were to small for couples and friends to share.

"All the trimmings in great location"

Modern hotel with all the trimmings. Staff were lovely , amenities including onsen were great. You could even see if the onsen was congested and laundry in use on ur tv. Breakfast was good , lots of choices but it’s all a funny kind of help yourself.

Felt the bed was very small , and the price was a bit high for the stay overall

"Quiet hotel with a lovely onsen"

Great location, close to the main station. Easy to walk to main attractions or get the loop bus. Convenience stores close by and also plenty of good eating spots around. Staff were very welcoming and the onsen was lovely.

- the indoor onsen was great - breakfast is superb, in fact better than some major hotel chain - location is near to major shopping - even provide supper 930pm to 11pm - free coffee for takeaway - staff is polite and helpful

Comfortable, decent-sized room in a good location for our needs. The buffet breakfasts had a nice variety of items and were delicious. We were surprised by and appreciated having a small washer in our room!
