Lovely building, well furnished, comfortable, clean, as shown in pictures, spacious. Pool clean, in a relatively quiet residential area. Good communication with host Andrelina pre-arrival. All issues raised during stay were dealt with promptly.

Some early issues with power cuts and loss of WiFi for 3 days. Scaffolding and a crane were up at the building when we arrived and for 2 days after - we thought we'd picked a building site initially, but a courtesy message would have been nice. Nearer Rivoltella - can walk to a small selection of restaurants in 10-15minutes, but it's not a massively pretty town. Desenzano would be a good 40 minute walk (luckily we had a car). Couldn't find the sandy beach from the image. All beaches appear to be more than 350 metres away. Air con doesn't reach the main bedroom until about 2am. Doesn't reach living space at all. More information is needed in the rooms folder - such as power cuts/overload (the apartment can't handle the oven on at same time as the A/C or a hairdryer! Info on local eateries/takeaways, trains, buses, days out as well as trash bags/collection would have been appreciated. Overall though, we enjoyed our trip!

The house keeper qas very pleasent. Was available for question, gave all the required information. The appartment is suitable for family Up to 2 Kids + parents. The Area has supermarket near by.

There is no AC in the living room, sometimes the temperture there is a little bit high. We were there in very hot days.

Super stylish spacious apartment with a fabulous, large, clean swimming pool. Just 5-10 mins walk to a supermarket and the Lake. Luca our host was fantastic - was a couple of things missing from the apartment which he sorted very promptly so to ensure our enjoyment was not affected. Great wrap around care!

Nothing - but do be prepared for a 30-40 min walk (lakeside) into the centre of Deszenano.

fabulous loft in a quiet location! Alessandra was amazing to work with, both before and during our stay. She went above and beyond to assure we had an amazing time in Desenzano and assisted us with transport to the train station. we greatly appreciate the kindness and welcome she provided to us. I highly recommend both the loft and Alessandra!
