The beach, the gym, and the tennis court made it homely

They lied to me that there was a heater in the room. The water was so cold for bathing

I booked this hotel well in advance to ensure a comfortable stay, but my experience turned out to be completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation could not be honored due to overbooking. They didn’t even bother to contact me beforehand to let me know about the issue, leaving me in a very uncomfortable situation with no immediate alternatives. The staff offered no suitable solutions and showed little empathy for the inconvenience. I was given vague explanations and felt like my case wasn’t a priority. When you book a hotel, you expect a minimum level of professionalism and organization, but I found none of that here. I would strongly advise against staying at this property if you’re looking for reliability and respectful treatment. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to operate this way, especially when customers depend on them for their travel plans.

Tropic Garden Hotel was great. I really enjoyed staying there. Raj with his staff and Mr. Jallow were wonderful people. They were very hospitable and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Empty beach and nice pool area. Reasonably priced, with early check-in and late check-out available.

WiFi could work better (too many networks in different areas and random passwords). There was no proper coffee machine at restaurant / bar. Only undrinkable powder Nescafe. Luckily normal coffee was available at the Indian restaurant next to hotel entrance.
