La propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bains n’est pas suffisante. Il n’y a pas de serviette de toilette pour les mains et visage mais uniquement des serviettes de bain. Les draps et oreillers ne sont pas très propres. Il n’y a pas de seiche cheveux dans la chambre il faut le demander. Et la piscine est en supplément lorsqu’on a réservé l’ibis budget.
Website indicates shuttle service, but when we arrived it turned out it was not laid on by the hotel, but was general and involved walking down the street to the shuttle stand. NOT ON!! If you do not have a hotel shuttle, say so, and indicate to guests on your website that the shuttle is from the street, not from the front of the hotel. Absolutely false advertising!!
