Stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. Customer service was amazing from the moment I arrived until the day I checked. The concierge service was fanatic i recommend this 10/10 I would use them again!

Amazing property located in a very convenient location. The property is beautiful and has an excellent restaurant right in it. The rooftop pool and bar are amazing for the afternoons. In the evening, the property is conveniently located in the heart of El Poblado with restaurants and bars all around it. My wife and I stayed here when we arrived in Colombia and enjoyed it so much, we booked for another couple nights on our way out of Colombia.

Extremely nice and attentive staff. Will recommend this place to all my friends who come visit. I live here and decided to stay one evening with the wife, WOW what a nice place with great food and amazing staff

The hotel is very beautiful. It has a bohemian vibe and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful, included amenities were good, breakfast is good and tasty and the hotel offers good services in regards to tours that can be booked via the hotel. Would definitely recommend!!!
