La chambre est spacieuse et propre. L’espace salle de bain et toilette sont très bien et beaucoup de pression dans la douche . Lit moelleux ,Tv connectée .

L’emplacement est loin des choses à voir de George Town , il vous faux marcher 25 min minimum pour atteindre les quartiers touristiques, je trouve l’hôtel cher pour l’emplacement où il est , de plus l’extérieur ne reflète pas la vérité , il n’y a pas de table ni de chaise . La piscine est minuscule et pas propice à la détente .

La camera era davvero bella, pulita e con tutti gli accessori per la cura personale. La doccia molto bella, ampia e con soffione largo! Condizionamento molto efficiente.

Servizio e assistenza praticamente assente. All'arrivo ti trovi completamente spaesato perché non si capisce dove si trova la reception, situata al primo piano, dove per accedere è necessario il codice fornito dall hotel... una volta raggiunta la reception grazie al fortuito passaggio di un altro cliente, la reception non è presidiata da nessuno, è necessario chiamare in modo tale che l'operatore arrivi da un'altra struttura. Una volta fatto il check in ho chiamato il numero per chiedere informazioni sul servizio laundry e sulla città da visitare e non mi hanno risposto. Successivamente ho scoperto che il servizio laundry non viene fornito. Totalmente deluso da servizi e assistenza

The room was clean and modern- but no fridge and no kettle. There is hot water in the hallway - but they don’t tell you that. Beware: I was asked for 24Ringett per person "only in cash" while checking-in as a deposit,I had no cash and this wasn't followed up. Other reviews have been asked for a "tourist tax", is this a "pocket money" scam.

1. Crows- it’s too much ! 2 hours of constant repetitive bird noise 5am-7am- then again at night. 2. No food- need a taxi to get breakfast- nothing near by, seems their main business is an a-joining formal style restaurant. 3. No luggage storage - they were totally bewildered by this request - but there is no reception and no storage room. 4 staff- not much English - the hotel is not really a hotel it’s nice rooms above a restaurant. 5. The pool is 100% not a pool.

This is a lovely hotel not too far away from the UNESCO part of Georgetown. It is located above a restaurant, so better to request a garden view room away from the road. Breakfast is not served, and the reception is not 24/7.

Grote kamer (met mega grote badkamer) was heerlijk. Personeel is super vriendelijk. Locatie is top en met een wandeling of taxi ben je zo in het centrum.

Je hoort de moskee vrij goed. De receptie heeft beperkte openingstijden, maar je kunt wel voor een drankje terecht bij het restaurant ernaast.

Nice. Sangat selesa. Bathroom besar sangat and cantik sangat!
