We hadden een super verblijf, mooie uitgeruste kamer in een modern jasje. Vriendelijk personeel, en rustig gelegen. Perfecte aanvulling voor het bruisende Georgetown!

Worst customer service ever. I messaged property to see if I can check in early. They just seen my message and ignored my message. Booked so many rooms previously and I can say is the worst of the worst. Do not recommend.

Hotel wirkte sehr modern. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr sauber und Betten waren bequem.

Das Erdgeschosse gehört einem Restaurant. Man muss durch eine Art Lobby gehen um zum Hotel im 1. OG zu gelangen. Der Pool ist im EG, sodass einem Gäste zugucken könnten. Am einem Tag war sogar eine geschlossene Gesellschaft, welche die Terrasse und Pool als Business-Meeting genutzt hat. Sollte man nur wissen. Die Toilettentür ist nach oben hin offen und besteht aus Milchglas. Man sieht die Silhouette und hört alles. Nichts für frisch verliebte. Dennoch preis-Leistung in Ordnung.

The room is ok regarding the space and the overall feeling. Clean and nice TV, nice bed. But there are quite a few problems.

1. On Booking it said 4* but actually it should be 3* only. This can't not marked as 4*. It's self check-in and staff is not there all the time. 2. There is NO refrigerator in the room. Which is a very BASIC thing. 3. The staff is not very helpful. 4. Extra fee: It should be marked that the tourism fee by the city will be collected in cash (RM), because there's no information on Booking and there would be a chance that we don't bring cash/didn't exchange/ etc. I had to pay RM48 more for this fee, not too much, but still an extra. 5. NO SOUNDPROOF: There were 2 nights that were dewali so outside it was soooooo noisy, I couldn't sleep until 3AM. Basically, the place is not sound-proof, not at all. I even heard the room next to me talking and watching TV!! 6. TOILET is visible. It's ok for me as I stay alone but it'd be very awkward if you stay with someone, even your closest person, we should have some privacy when going to toilet right? 7. Bathroom looks nice but not well maintenance, I was showering and the water holder of the shower falls down. Again, it's small thing and I can put it again, but lots of small things make me tired...

Tolles interior design in einem mit viel liebe zum Detail renovierten Kolonialstilgebäude. Absolutes Wohlfühlambiente. Bequeme Betten, alles sehr hochwertig und sauber.

Service. What Service? Das Personal gab uns schon beim Check-in eher das Gefühl zu stören als willkommen zu sein. Wir wurden drei Tagen lang ignoriert. Es kam nicht eine Nachfrage, wurden keine Betten gemacht oder Handtücher getauscht oder Wasser nachgefüllt. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ungewöhnlich. Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre nice.
