We LOVE 1 Home! The property was everything and more. The staff were amazing especially Bryant (at the pool). Everyone was incredible. Can’t wait to go back!

Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, amazing location

Our family had a great time at 1 Homes. The location is great and the homes are just awesome! The staff lead by Jose were extremely friendly and were always ready to help us with anything. Staff in the bar and the cafeteria were amazing. We also had a private dinner with Chef Max and Francisco. Food was really good. I recommend 1 Homes without reservations!

Great location, close to marina and downtown

The 1 is a beautiful property, located near the marina in Cabo San Lucas. We have now stayed in a 3 bedroom unit twice. The unit was large and comfortable for 6 adults. We love the location.

Our group of 5 stayed in a 3 bedroom unit which is beyond spacious and comfortable. There are 2 patios and 2 hot tubs in the unit (one with ocean view and the other with the view of Cabo San Lucas). We loved watching the beautiful sunset every morning on one patio and the lights in the city every night on the other patio. The staff from the front desk, Bell desk, cafe, housekeeping, groundkeepers to pool and food truck are amazing. Jose, Cindy, Javier, Carlos and Emmanuel at the front desk made great recommendations on fun as well as cultural activities in the area, and made reservations for us with great efficiencies. They took care everything with just a couple of simple text messages! Mauricio at the pool arranged a water taxi to pick us at the beach to take us to see El Arco so we didn't have to walk to the Marina. Marco provided all the info about Parasailing, snorkling, as well as swimming with whale sharks. We will definitively put that on our list for our next trip! It's no easy feat to clean a 3500 sq ft apartment :) But our housekeeper (I believe her name is Eva) kept our unit spotless every day. We had an amazing stay and can't wait to go back!

The gym is excellent but shared with the Hacienda Hotel. A small gym is exclusive to the property. The staff is friendly. The property is hilly and offers regular shuttles. The property is close to the Marina. Accordingly there is heavy beach and boat traffic including loud party boats with bright lights which diminish the views. The beachside pool is frequently visited by seagulls. There is one restaurant and one poolside Food truck. We had three casual meals for two on property all no less than $80 U.S. per meal before tip.

Everything was top notch! Treated like we were the only ones there! Servise was unbelievable!

Service is second to none! Highly recommend and so relaxing.

If you are expecting multiple restaurant options, this is not the place for you. But that is not why you go there. You are so close to everything you can try local restaurants and they have great suggestions.
