H2O life style resort

Property is clean, modern, and appears as advertised. The beach set up and breakfast were both very basic. For the price, they should offer a more elaborate breakfast buffet. The outdoor bar was almost never open while we were there. Staff was friendly and helpful but communication prior to arrival was confusing and the check-in wasn't as smooth as it could have been. Cleaning fees are over the top....we left a day early and still had to pay to have a clean room cleaned. We will stay somewhere else next time.

Is over rate it’s wasn’t worth the amount I pay almost 4k and then is was 500$ fee cleaning call the cops on me y’all should be ashamed of yourself horrible I make sure none of family ever stay there !!

The location is beautiful and peaceful. In 10/15 minutes driving you can get anywhere in the island... tourist attraction , restaurants and other beaches. The beach on the property was lovely and not crowded at all. The staff was nice and helpful.

The breakfast was really poor. It's not a continental breakfast like they say on the website. There are 3 juices, some fruits and some pastries. You can have some coffee if you arrive early... Saturday morning at 8:10am the coffee was already finished and nobody was there to make it more. Only one morning there where some bagel, creme cheese and boiled eggs because there were some journalists in the facility and they want to make a good impression ( this is what the Canadian lady, probably one of the managers, told us also with a smile on the face, I was shocked ) At the end of the vacation they charged us extra $1000 for rooms government taxes 12%, rooms service charge10% and resorts fee5%. When I booked with booking.com , the total price included taxes and fee, and there is nothing written about this others fees.

The staff were all very polite, the room is modern and spacious.

The continental breakfast could be better. Our room was never cleaned.

Just wanted to share my thoughts on my recent stay at this establishment. While the overall experience was good, I do have one small critique. Considering the price of the stay, I was expecting a more substantial breakfast offering. The current breakfast options felt simple and lacking in effort. It would be great to see a wider variety and more attention to detail in the breakfast selection. Other than that, everything else was great. I hope this feedback helps the establishment improve for future guests. Happy travels!

Beautiful beach and abundant opportunities for water sports Two pools

The H2O is very clean and modern. The most important part for me when booking the hotel is cleanliness. Everything is pretty new , fresh and stylish. We loved it a lot.

We chose this property to celebrate my daughter's 50th birthday with her friends and we had a fabulous time. Mark and the staff were very helpful and happily assisted us with all our requests. The property is beautiful, clean, and spacious with modern furniture and fixtures. We had a 2 b/r and we were very comfortable. There is no restaurant on site, but ordering from the restaurants was easy and quick. Also, there is continental breakfast each morning by the pool. There are 2 pools and a hot tub and of course, the property is on the beach. The beach on that side of the ocean is not as nice as the other side of the island, so we rented a car and spent a day at a beautiful white sand public beach. There are many water sports activities available too. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, cozy, beautiful location for a vacation, this is the place to be. We are already planning our next visit.
