V ubytovaní bola významne zvýšená vlhkosť. Prejavovalo sa to plesňou na stenách. Počas dažďa do ubytovania zatekala voda. Kuchyňa bola plná mravcov.

Great location, just a block from the center, with on-site parking.

The apartment was in unacceptable condition. Crumbs were on the kitchen table, floors were dirty, and there were cup marks and hair throughout. We arrived at 7 pm, and it was obvious it had not been properly cleaned. When I contacted the manager about this, she dismissed the issue as inconvenient and could have been far more apologetic. The apartment was also poorly maintained, with missing light bulbs, stained curtains and walls. The mattress caused back pain, and only shampoo was provided, if you decide to stay, bring toiletries. This was not the way to spend the last night of our trip, and I truly wish I could have stayed elsewhere.

Beliggenheden er fantastisk. Tæt på by og vand. Pæn og ren lejlighed. Den lille terrasse var vores primære opholdssted, når vi var ved lejligheden. Sød vært, der svarer på sms efter nogen tid.

Meget dårligt WIFI. Mange forbipasserende til andre ferieboliger, så ingen privacy på terrassen. Lamperne virkede ind imellem ikke.

The apartment was amazingly clean and included a fully provisioned kitchen. AC worked well. Only concern was dragging the suitcases up a short hill and then down some steps. Some younger people helped us with the suitcases.

Close to beach, great location, host great, recommendet few things for us, experience of Cavtat was great because all of that

Incredible location - so close to everything that is happening, supermarket literally a minute’s walk and the best cafe in Cavtat the same. Still nice and quiet in the apartment.

There is a slight smell of damp, but that is to be expected given the type of building - it really didn’t impact our stay there in any way

This place is really nice, if you visit Cavtat or you are planning to make a roadtrip, please consider staying here. Location is great, it has a parking lot, very cozy, super clean, one bedroom and a comfortable sofá bed, 1 minute walking to a local Market and súper Market and to the restaurant street and the beach. It also has a terrace where you can enjoy the night with some wine or coffee. The landlord is super nice, attentive and warm. We actually come back and reserved it again, to end our trip.
