Rooms were spacious. View from 7th floor restaurant (breakfast and club service) was nice.

Very slow process at check-in compared to other places I've stayed in Okinawa. Breakfast portions were quite small, with only one main course allowed and a buffet section offering limited variety. Location was near American village, but need to walk about 15 mins to the center. The room lighting was q bit dark with a balcony view of the parking lot. Overall, given the price paid, it was not good value for money.

Beds could have been softer.

Modernes und stylisches Hotel und Zimmer. An sich sauber und gepflegtes Hotel. Schöne Pflanzen und große Lobby. Zentral gelegen im Bereich vom American Village. Viele Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe. Blick aufs Meer und den Hafen. Frühstück war okay, aber kein Highlight. Snacks und Getränke am Nachmittag kostenlos. Rooftop Pool vorhanden. Kostenloser Parkplatz.

Am Wochenende war die angrenzende Straße sehr laut. Die Jets von den Amerikanern waren tagsüber sehr laut: wir waren aber zum Glück tagsüber immer unterwegs. Zum ganztägigen Entspannen im Hotel wäre es ungeeignet. Die Silikonfugen im Baden müssen besser geputzt bzw. ausgetauscht werden, da dort Schimmel war. Wir waren 5 Nächte im Hotel und wollten erst gegen 16:00 Uhr das Hotel verlassen, da unser 20 Stunden langer Heimflug erst abends ging: für diese wenigen 5 Stunden wollte das Hotel 300 Euro berechnen. Das ist völlig inakzeptabel und teurer, als eine Übernachtung an sich. Wir wollten nur am Pool entspannen und dann zum Flughafen fahren. Leider wurde damit unser letzter Urlaubstag getrübt und unnötig stressig. Aufgrund der Lage, der Lautstärke und der Geldgier vom Management können wir das Hotel leider nicht für Urlauber empfehlen...lediglich für 1-2 Nächte.

高層階で眺めも最高でしたし部屋も綺麗でした！！ 吹き抜けのロビーも下から見るのと上から見るのと全然違い素敵でした✨ また泊まりに来ます！！

This is Okinawa's best hotel. All the facilities were clean and convenient, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Besides breakfast, the snacks prepared by the time were all wonderful. The inside of the hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was very comfortable as I could walk to the American Village and the shopping mall.
