El sitio es muy bonito, la ubicación es muy buena

las instalaciones sociales están un poco descuidadas, el jacuzzi no lo prendieron y la cascada no funcionaba, el bar que hay no estaba en funcionamiento, le falta más opciones para comer, sobre todo en las noches y tener en servicio los tvs de las zonas sociales. Le falta algo de música ambiental en la zona social y el personal un poco más accesible y atento, nos cobraban adicional por todo.

No tengo nada que destacar.

A nuestra llegada había una sola persona atendiendo el hotel. Se notaba que estaba solo en recepción y atención en el restaurante. Hicimos una solicitud para que pudieran apagar una luz que estaba en el balcón pero la respuesta fue: "en la habitación hay un blackout, bájelo". Durante los desayunos (americano) aparte de la persona encargada de la cocina, atendía las mesas la misma persona de la recepción y/o administradora. No había atención en la piscina, nos tocaba solicitar que encendieran la máquina de la piscina y se notaba que estaba muy desaciada. No sé sí el hotel es pet friendly, pero nos tocó compartir la estancia en el comedor y en la pisicina con algunos perros que nos hicieron sentir incómodos.

El hotel tiene áreas sociales agradables.

Personalmente pague por una suite donde encontré paredes en obra gris como las paredes del baño y del jacuzzi. Me parece que si no está totalmente terminada no deberían ponerla en funcionamiento

La naturaleza

Las habitaciones no tienen iluminación natural, son encerradas y dan castrofobia. Las ventanas deberían ser transparente y poder ver hacia afuera, los colores de los vidrios dañan a la armonía del lugar. El porcelanato de los baños mal escogidos parecen sucios. El desayuno es poco y da la sanción de ser tacaños.
