The best value of property is location. Beside that food is very good.

First of all, I was not satisfied with the timing of the room cleaning. Since the hotel is located on a ski mountain, we were usually out skiing from around 9am until 4pm. During our four-day stay, the housekeeping staff came to clean the room around 4 pm or even later, which I believe is quite late. In addition, the overall cleanliness could be improved. When we entered the room, the bathroom was not very clean. The coffee cups in the room had also not been properly washed — one had coffee stains and another had visible lipstick marks. Additionally, one of the bathrobes provided had women’s hairs on it, which was unpleasant. The restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served is relatively small considering the capacity of the hotel. There were not enough staff members to handle the number of guests, which resulted in slower service.

Di seguito alcuni suggerimenti al management della struttura per rendere l'esperienza del cliente veramente perfetta; non sono critiche, ma proposte costruttive. 1) il servizio al ristorante a buffet a colazione e a cena non è all'altezza di un ristorante 5 stelle. Per farsi aiutare a trovare un tavolo, piuttosto che per ordinare le bevande, ho dovuto sempre ricercare il cameriere, mentre da un 5 stelle ti aspetti di il contrario. 2) ho trovato anche poco adeguato ad un 5 stelle il fatto che al momento del check-out ho dovuto attendere che facessero una verifica dei miei consumi al minibar in camera nonostante avessi dichiarato cosa avevo consumato. 3) per qualche motivo, nel secondo giorno di soggiorno non ci è stata rifatta la camera, nonostante fosse stata libera per gran parte della giornata e avessi ricordato con apposito segnale luminoso di rifare la camera; la signora del piano si è presentata dopo le 21:00 ma a quel punto le ho detto che non era più necessario. 4) la spa non era pienamente funzionante, cosa per la quale ti aspetti di essere avvertito al momento del check-in o della prenotazione
