サウナとスパがあるので予約したのに サウナとスパが故障？なのか 「今、使えません」と言われた。 無いなら他のホテルにすればよかったと思いました。プールもしょぼい。

清潔感とスタッフの対応

『スパがある、キッズルームがある』とHPには書かれているのに無かった。 スパ、プール、キッズルームがあるから、少々高くてもホテル内で事足りるならと思って予約したのに、チェックインの時に、「スパとキッズルームは今ありません」と言われガッカリ。 駐車場も、ホテルの駐車場とコインパーキングが分かりにくく、無駄に200円払った。
