The size of the room and its location in the yard area. Availability of a baby cot.

-Old facilities in the bathroom with loud ventilating system 24hrs - no mini bar in the room - low quality breakfast, even when it's available. The picture of the breakfast buffet on their website is very misleading. - Breakfast is from 6-10am from Mondays to Fridays. Last friday, 15.05.2026, There's was already nothing to eat at 9am when we got there. Even when other guests complained, The receptionist brought a A4 size plate of omlet and another plate of 1 sliced cucumber and 1 sliced tomatoe for about 20 Hotel guests sitting right there. Pictures are attached. - After all the guests left the dining area, food appeared on the table for the workers. - we angrily asked for refund of 2 breakfasts paid in advance, but they refused giving all sorts of baseless explanations passing the responsibilities to Booking.com even when Booking.com said they were not in charge of the refunds.
