Great hotel in the best location! The room was very nice and spacious and the double bathroom was quite impressive.

The whirling pools weren't whirling:) but it was still nice to use the spa area.

Stunning breakfast room Location

Shower like a jet engine noise 4 star service not 5 Reception staff not helpful No early check in or check out Told only get water once on arrival then have to pay.

"良かったと思う。キャスターが引きづらい場所にある。それはホテルのせいではないのかもしれないが。中央駅から来づらい。"

お部屋のゴージャス感、スタッフの対応の良さ。観光地や飲食店などに行きやすい。

中央駅になるケレンフォード駅から1本で来られない。トラムを降りると階段があってキャスターを持っていると不便。朝食がちょっといまいちのような気がする。
