No, was not clean, really not clean, we haven’t toilet paper, Before leaving, you have to clean and take out the trash, which seems crazy to me since you're on vacation.

Deur was niet open te krijgen, bedrijf waar sleutel was opgehaald, gebeld . Ondanks instructies ging deze niet open en moest klusjesman erbij komen. Deze heeft met volle gewicht deur uiteindelijk open gekregen. Appartement was muf en zeer klam. S’avonds bleek dak te lekken en druppels hingen aan plafond van slaapkamer. Eenpersoons bedden waren erg klein. Ons verzoek voor ander appartement werd acuut ingewilligd. Onze verbazing is nu dan ook dat het gelijk weer te huur staat.

Localização foi excelente - mesmo no meio da parte antiga da cidade e com restaurantes e bares como vizinhos. Mas ainda assim tranquilo. Local muito bonito.

There was nothing I enjoyed about this property. The unit felt cold, damp, and uncomfortable, and the entire place had a strong mildew smell. The location was the only positive. While the price was low, it wasn’t worth the tradeoff, and we ended up moving to a much better place.

Pick-up was the first red flag: the key handoff wasn’t friendly, though it was efficient. Within minutes of checking in, we contacted both the property manager and Booking.com about the issues and requested a refund. It has now been over 72 hours, and no one has contacted me or responded despite multiple follow-ups. We stayed less than 30 minutes because the conditions were unacceptable. The balcony had flooded and the water had seeped into the bedroom and the bathroom below. The entire unit smelled strongly of mildew. The second bathroom is not inside the unit—it’s down a cold hallway that opens to the street. There was no heater in the second bedroom, the bathroom heater was broken, and the pullout couch was unusable (broken and no mattress provided). Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had, and it’s my first truly bad experience with both a property and Booking.com.
