It smelled like sewage all throughout the property not the most appealing smell

There was a weird smell when I checked in that slowly faded over the weekend. It was freezing throughout the hotel and the bed felt like i was sleeping on a table. For a Hilton property, i was not impressed. However, the gentleman that worked the breakfast was AMAZING!!!

I was not impressed by the vallet parking. We waited several minutes(25-30) each time we wanted to park or retrieve our vehicle. I would recommend looking at other parking options. Hotel was clean and beuatiful. Bright spot was George the employee in the breakfast area. He was so friendly and spoke with us and multiple guests while we were eating. Very friendly and warm. The front desk staff could take a page from him on how to welcome and speak to guests.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, location is excellent-short walk to restaurants, coffee, entertainment, and the Mississippi River

Not sure which room but the person was smoking pot and I can smell it—terrible!!

You would think at $200 a night they would comp parking

Was a good hotel

No housekeepers didn’t clean room at all, didn’t pick up dirty towels at all! Asked for Kleenex the morning after checking in. Request was never answered. We were there 4 days and no housekeeping staff came in and made the bed or dumped the trash during our stay! Lack of parking and the $49 dollars to have valet was absolutely ridiculous!
