GBBlok-74 is now our go to for whenever we stay in Brighton. The location is perfectly placed between the beach and the city centre. Access is simple and easy, details are always sent well in advance. The room and hotel are clean with lots of helpful amenities. Lovely little hotel and always a great price for a weekend getaway!
HUIt is a very good location: a few meters from the see, pier is close, etc.
1) A room is very small, but by carefully watching the pictures, it can be seen in them. Still, for two people, for more than one or two nights, it is not really good. 2) I asked for a receipt in my company's name in advance of my arrival, and in advance, the receipt was issued. Still, I got one in my name. When I asked for a change, I was refused, referring to legal regulations (i.e., that is not possible), although it happened elsewhere (true: I was in the EU). This may cost me hundreds of GBP.

The key lock on my door was broken which made me nervous as no internal lock on the door , there was an annoying green light on in the room all night , assuming it was a fire or safety mechanism but was quite annoying
GBWas in a great location for the seafront, shops and train station. Great communucation from the owners. Comfy beds, hot shower had everything we needed for a short stay. Clean. Had lovely big bath towels. Would definately go back. Thankyou
No where to hang towel in shower room. Thats all
