La amabilidad del personal tanto de la recepción como las del desayuno.

Sin agua caliente, toallas muy delgadas,muy ruidoso ,no hay reglas para la armoniosa convivencia entre huéspedes ya que tenían la música a todo dar en la piscina y molesta a los demás pasajeros que queremos descansar 😴

Falta instalar un mueble en el baño ya que para estancia de varios días es muy incómodo para manejar los artículos de aseo personal. Las tollas muy deteriorada y de mala calidad. Ya están totalmente transparentes del desgaste. La habitación no tiene un closet o armario para acomodar la ropa, muy incómodo para viajar por varios días con la familia ya que todo debe manejarse en la maleta.. Los colchones igualmente muy viejos, se hunden y uno amanece maltratado
